Emergency Walk-ins/ Horario de Emergencias

Dental Emergency Walk-in Information:

The walk-in clinic is a first come first serve basis.  Please note there are patients scheduled everyday, and walk-ins are seen in between these scheduled patients.

To be consisdered as a walk-in:

 - You must  reside in Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet Counties. 
 - You can either qualify by income, or if you have Forward Health/BadgerCare Insurance.
-Individuals must have NO private dental insurance (Medicare Advantage, Delta Dental, Aetna, United Healthcare are some examples of private dental insurance).
 - Dental Emergenices, if you are experiencing one or all of the following: swelling, pain and/or sensitivity.
-Any questions about income qualificaitons please call us at 920-882-5500

If you have dental insurance from the marketplace or an employer, you need to contact a dental office that accepts it. Our office cannot bill these plans.

 

To be considered as a walk-in, you must be here by the below start times:


Monday - Friday (from September through May):

You must be here at 7:45 am or at 12:45 pm. 

The clinic will be closed Friday afternoons at 12:00 pm during the summer (from June to September).   Thank you! 

Tri - County Dental Inclement Weather Updates:

The clinic will close for inclement weather when the Appleton Area School District closes for snow days. We will not close when the Appleton Area School District closes for negative temperature closings. Check back here or our Facebook page to see if we are closing early or closed for the day. Patients who have appointments on a day we close due to weather will receive a text message and a call for notification.
