Since 2014, Tri-County Dental has offered a one-year Fellowship Program for recently graduated dentists

Tri-County Dental's Fellowship Program provides graduates of accredited dental schools the opportunity to:

- Gain confidence and improve your skills in diagnostics, problem-solving, treatment planning, and time management.
- Increase your hand skills, efficiency, and quality in restorative, oral surgery, endodontics, and crown and bridge procedures.
- Practice with and learn from over 70 volunteer general dentists and specialists.
- You'll benefit from one-on-one mentoring and support for more complicated procedures.

- Meet local dentists who may be considering taking on an associate.
- Utilize an Intraoral Digital Scanner for crowns, bridges, and removeable appliances.
- Earn a very competitive salary with insurance benefits.
